- Resale or redistribution without our written agreement.
4. Your handling obligations
You are responsible for handling, storing and disposing of the material in accordance with all applicable safety regulations, and for ensuring anyone you allow access to it is similarly qualified and informed.
5. Compliance
You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws applicable where you are. Regulations differ significantly between jurisdictions and can change; the legality of a purchase is yours to establish, not ours to guarantee.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of a product outside its intended in-vitro research purpose.
7. Refusal of sale
We may refuse or cancel any order, at any time and without stating a reason. Orders suggesting an intent to use a product in a person are refused and refunded.
