1. These terms
By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms and to the Research Use Agreement, which forms part of them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 and purchasing for legitimate research. Entering the site requires you to confirm this.
3. Orders and pricing
- An order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance happens when we ship, not when you pay.
- Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price at the moment you pay is the price that applies.
- We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
- Stock is finite. If something sells out between your order and dispatch we refund that line in full.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout. Card details are captured directly by our payment provider and never reach our servers — we receive only the last four digits, the card brand and the issuing country.
5. Intellectual property
Site content, imagery, product photography and copy are ours and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with the site, access accounts or data that are not yours, scrape it at a rate that degrades service, or use it to break the law.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and our aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the products giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
